Today I'm gonna do a small review on Dolly Wink's liquid eyeliner in Black.
Anyway the eyeliner I brought is the newer edition and the packaging is slightly different compared to the older ones which looks cutesy. For this version I think they are trying to give this matured and feminine feel.
I have shakey hands so I find it quite difficult to apply liquid eyeliner and without fail I always end up making mistakes here and there.
Luckily the tips are made in a soft fiber like thingy which makes application so much easier and glides on smoothly across my eyelid. 
Due to the soft sharp tips I can easily adjust the thickness of the line. For thinner line just apply lighter pressure and for a thicker line just apply more pressure or draw a few more lines over it.
Good thing I like about this eyeliner is that it actually stayed on the whole day without smudging which the effect is almost the same as K-palette One Day Tattoo.
Anyway the photo above is taken after I tried rubbing it off using my fingers.
Under running water.
It's actually waterproof but they came off easily when contacted with warm water.
Overall I give this eyeliner a 8.5/10 as they are a bit tad pricey compared to K-palette One Day Tattoo which the effects are pretty much the same to me. And this eyeliner is always sold out so fast so I find it quite annoying...
