Smoking at Overhead Bridge a new trend?

Recently there's a Stomp article about RP students smoking at the overhead bridge. And after seeing my cousin's tweet about NYP students smoking at the overhead bridge. Well not only poly, ITE too.

I begin to wonder is this a new place for people to hangout during breaks? I know people are not allowed to smoke in the campus but why a overhead bridge of so many places!

You know when fat people like me takes a lot effort to climb up and I need fresh air to breathe in ):
But all I get is second hand smoke. What if some one's asthma attack?

Plus there will be an over crowding in that small space, how do people cross over?

Just a random thought. No offense to anyone.
