On 14/05/15 I went back to NDC to remove the spacers and have the metal bracket placed on the first molar but I didn't have my braces put on the same day. I have to come back again in another week's time.
So on 21/05/15 I have my braces put on, officially marks the first day of my treatment.
There isn't any pain but there is a weird discomfort in the mouth plus my doctor put cement on my first molars preventing me from clenching my teeth together, I can't grind or break my food into smaller pieces like before but I refused to go on liquid diet :x
My progress so far, not much difference.
